Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Written and informed consent
- •American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II patients.
- •Patients scheduled for elective orthopaedic lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
- •BMI\- 18\.5 to 24\.9 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients in whom spinal anaesthesia is contraindicated.
- •Local skin infections
- •Severe Back deformities.
- •Coagulopathy, Raised Intracranial Pressure
- •Moderate to severe Valvular Lesions
