There was no significant difference between children in the two groups concerning oral hygiene behaviors and dietary practices. The plaque levels of children in intervention group and those in control group were significantly different. The intervention group had clean teeth 1.77 times that of the control group.

1. A child has at least one erupted tooth.
2.Caregivers and children reside in the study area for at least 6 months and are able to continue regularly throughout the study.
3. Caregivers can participate in the activity.
4. Caregivers can use Thai language to communicate.
5. Caregiver must not be a health volunteer.
1. Children with congenital diseases or conditions that affect their oral conditions and daily life, such as epilepsy, asthma, cancer, cerebral palsy, genetic disorder, cardiovascular disorder, intellectual disability, etc.
2. Move out of the area during study.
