- •NTproBNP > 2.000 pg/ml
- •written consent of the patient

- •- severe impairment of lung function with inability to conduct a slow expiratory VC maneuver
- •- lack of cooperation or legal capacity of the patient or suspicion that the necessary data of the patient can not be recorded
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Proven COVID disease
