入选标准
- •1.All subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •2.Chronic periodontitis patients with 5 or more teeth with probing depth >=5mm and clinical attachment level >= 3mm and gingival index >=2 will be included .
- •3.All the patients should be systemically healthy and should not have received periodontal treatment for at least 6 months prior to the clinical examination and sampling.
排除标准
- •Systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, heart diseases ,rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis and other systemic diseases that can alter the course of periodontal disease.
- •Subjects on any medication taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •Any periodontal therapy in the last 6 months
