Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who were under 16 years at the time of injury.
2. Closed isolated Supracondylar humerus fracture with vascular injury having pink pulseless hand.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Child with SCHF associated vascular injury having other major fractures.
2. Associated injuries like severe head injury, BTA, BTC which alter the treatment course.
3. Children with established gangrenous changes.
4. Open SCHF.
5. Childrenâ??s presenting after 72hrs of injury.
6. SCHF with pale pulseless hand.

Name Time Method To determine and compare wrist brachial index (WBI) in children with SCHF with vascular injury managed with or without vascular intervention.Timepoint: Atleast after 18 months of surgery

Name Time Method 1)To assess the functional outcome for children with vascular injuries associated with supracondylar humerus fracture using mDASH and Mayo elbow performance score (MEPS). <br/ ><br>2)To assess the patency, rate of flow, and waveform of radial/ulnar artery using ultrasonography and arterial doppler. <br/ ><br>3)To assess any temperature difference between normal limb and operated limb using infrared [IR] CameraTimepoint: Atleast after 18 months of surgery
