Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who were under 16 years at the time of injury.
- •2\. Closed isolated Supracondylar humerus fracture with vascular injury having pink pulseless hand.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Child with SCHF associated vascular injury having other major fractures.
- •2\. Associated injuries like severe head injury, BTA, BTC which alter the treatment course.
- •3\. Children with established gangrenous changes.
- •4\. Open SCHF.
- •5\. Childrenâ??s presenting after 72hrs of injury.
- •6\. SCHF with pale pulseless hand.
