- •1. Patients who were under 16 years at the time of injury.
- •2. Closed isolated Supracondylar humerus fracture with vascular injury having pink pulseless hand.
排除标准
- •1. Child with SCHF associated vascular injury having other major fractures.
- •2. Associated injuries like severe head injury, BTA, BTC which alter the treatment course.
- •3. Children with established gangrenous changes.
- •4. Open SCHF.
- •5. Childrenâ??s presenting after 72hrs of injury.
- •6. SCHF with pale pulseless hand.
