Inclusion Criteria
Clinically stable patients with HBV positive history
Patients of all genders
HBsAg positive cases with clinical history of more than six months
Patients with HBV DNA quantitative greater than 2000 IU/mL
ALT > 2 times of upper limit of normal
Anti HBc positive in case of suspected cases of chronic hepatitis B
Both HBeAg positive and negative patients
Raised Bilirubin
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women and lactating mothers
Patients who failed to give informed consent
Cirrhosis and portal hypertension/ascites
Patients with heart and kidney disease
