Scheduled for elective surgery in prone position
surgery time of minimum 2 hour
Patient with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I,II,III
Patient who will give consent to be enrolled in the study
Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataract, retinal detachment, advanced-stage lung disease and advanced-stage cerebral disease.
Refusal for consent.
Patients with ASA IV or higher status.
Patients with elevated peak pressure intraoperatively.
