- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary endpoint is the caffeine content in hair follicles [nmol/L].
To obtain this, a cyanoacrylate tapestrip of the skin is made, which is then dissolved in ethanol. The extract thus obtained in ethanol is then determined by mass spectrometry (via LC-MS/MS) with regard to its caffeine content.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary endpoint is the caffeine content in the stratum corneum [nmol/L].
To obtain this, 50 tapestrips of the skin are made, which then are dissolved in ethanol. The extract thus obtained in ethanol is then determined by mass spectrometry (via LC-MS/MS) with regard to its caffeine content.
