Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients between 18 to 65 years
- American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III
-Scheduled for orotracheal intubation during elective supine surgery under GA
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient not giving consent
- Patients with risk of pulmonary aspiration
- Anticipated difficult airway
- Airway surgeries
- Head and neck surgeries
- Use of throat pack
- Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI ) >35 kg/m2
- Pregnant patients
