Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) age \= 18 years
- •(2\) Relevant neurological deficit, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) \=6
- •(3\) Admission to hospital within 6 hours of symptom onset.
- •(4\) Evidence of an occlusion of the M1\- or M2\-artery on computed tomography (CT)\-angiography or evidence of intracerebral hemorrhage in a supratentorial location
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Prior history of stroke (TIA, ischemia, hemorrhage) within the last months.
- •(2\) Known history of brain Tumor
- •(3\) Traumatic brain injury within the last 3 months (including head impact at symptom onset)
