- •Patients refusal for participation in the study.
- •Uncontrolled and labile hypertension.
- •Allergic to study drugs.
- •Absolute contraindication for spinal anesthesia.
- •Patients using alpha2- adrenergic receptors antagonists.
- •Patients noted to have dysrhythmias on the electrocardiogram.
