Inclusion Criteria
1. pt. will be selected fullfilling the
criteria
of katigraha (sym.- katigraha, katishoola,
sakhti rja, supti).
2. pt. aged between 20-70 yrs. with
irrespective
of gender.
3. pt. with degenerative changes in X-RAY
lumbar spine.
4. pt. willing to participate in trial.(
consent duly filled).
Exclusion Criteria
1. pt. aged less than 20 yrs. and more than 70
yrs.
2. pt. who are having any anatomical/congenital
deformities and need surgical care.
3. conditions related to spine other than
spondylosis will be excluded, e.g.-
A.S.,SSA.
4. pt. having any other systemic major illness
e.g.- cardiac disorders, C.R.F., diabetes,
systemic lupus erythromatus, R.A., gout,
T.B.etc will be excluded.
