Inclusion Criteria

Patient with having typical features of signs & symptoms of Katigati vata like Kati shula,

Asane utthane kashtata, Gamane kashtata, Akuunchana Prasarane Vedana.

Exclusion Criteria

Conditions like Pott’s fracture, Spinal Fracture, Spinal TB, Traumatic tendon injury,

Spinal Abscess, malignancy of bones

Patients = 18 years and = 70 years of age.

Known cases of Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE), Bone TB, Traumatic injuries, Infective arthritis and other serious systemic disorders
