Inclusion Criteria
1.IUGR neonates diagnosed during pregnancies by antenatal ultrasound as abdominal Circumference < 10th percentile for gestational age after 20 weeks of gestation ) and no cause detected for IUGR
2. Mothers of these IUGR neonates
Exclusion Criteria
i. Multiple births
ii. Proven Intrauterine infection
iii. Major malformations
iv. Maternal chronic diseases
v. Identifiable syndromic neonate
