Inclusion Criteria

Smartphone users with usage time more than 4hours per day

Digit span test number error below 7

Beck Anxiety Score ranging from 22 and above

Participants who were not involved in such research from last 1 year

Willingness to follow the guidelines necessary for the research

Willingness to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Any physical conditions making yoga and Pilates difficult

Intake of antidepressant medications

Any musculoskeletal pain
