入排标准

入选标准

  • To investigate the impact of high thoracic epidural analgesia in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery on:
  • Mixed venous oxygen saturation
  • Central venous oxygen saturation
  • Early post operative outcome
  • Specific Objectives:
  • To investigate the impact of high thoracic epidural analgesia on early clinical outcome in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery on:
  • 1.To compare the central venous and mixed venous oxygen saturation during intra-operative period and time for extubation and length of postoperative ICU stay.
  • 2.To compare stress response, inotropic /vasodilatory support, pain outcome and analgesia requirements.
  • 3.To evaluate other outcomes: new arrhythmia, post-operative blood loss, perioperative myocardial infarction, neurologic events, infective complication, if present.
  • 4.To evaluate any other adverse effects during the study period.

排除标准

  • Patients with abnormal coagulation profiles,
  • patients requiring salvage CABG,
  • With cariogenic shock,
  • associated heart valve pathology,
  • anti-platelet therapy continuing,
  • local infection, renal, metabolic, neurological, psychiatric disorders were excluded from the study
