入选标准
- •1\.the patients with age of ≥15 years
- •2\.the patients with sepsis based on these 2 criteria:
- •1\)presence of clinically documented or suspected infection
- •2\)presence of ≥ 2 of 4 signs of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), i.e.;
- •2\.1\)body temperature \>38°C or \<36°C
- •2\.2\)heart rate \>90 beats/min
- •2\.3\)respiratory rate \>20 breaths/min or PaCO2 ≤32 mmHg
- •2\.4\)WBC count \>12,000 cells/mm3 or \<4,000 cells/mm3, or immature form (band form) \>10%
- •3\.the patients whose ScvO2 was/were measured within 24 hours after the diagnosis of sepsis

- •the patients whose medical records were irretrievable
