- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in cellular biology caused by dietary interventions are examined in human material (blood, urine, stool) by genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. Biosampling is performed before and after the diet.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The omics-analyses are correlated with clinical characteristics of the participants (age, sex, BMI, comorbidities, medication).
