1)Undergraduate students at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou;<br>2)BMI = 24 kg/m^2;<br>3)Weight stability in the three months prior to the study (weight fluctuation < 5 kg);<br>4)Willing to participate and able to strictly adhere to the intervention protocol, cooperate with the staff to complete activity check-in tasks according to the activity schedule, and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
1)Participated in other weight loss programs in the past three months;<br>2)Used antibiotics continuously for 7 days or more in the past three months;<br>3)Suffer from secondary obesity caused by medication, illness, or other factors;<br>4)Have a history of brain injury or mental illness;<br>5)Have a serious illness affecting major organs or have mobility impairments.
