Inclusion Criteria
1. Age >/= 40 years old
2. Diagnosed COPD according to GOLD criteria
3. Irreversible airflow obstruction
4. Post-bronchodilator FEV1 between 35-80 %predicted
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of acute exacerbation of COPD or lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks
2. Contraindications for spirometry
3. Allergy to salbutamol
4. Pregnant woman
5. Deny to participate
