Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\-Patients scheduled for elective and emergency knee and hip surgeries(ACL,MM repair, patella TBW, PFN nail, removal of implant etc.)
- •2\-ASA physical status I , II, III .
- •3\-BMI \<\= 25kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\-Spinal deformity.
- •2\-Previous nerve injury.
- •3\-Pre\-existing neurological deficit.
- •4\-History of drug allergy (local anesthetics).
- •5\-Patients having altered coagulation profile
- •6\-Local site infection.
- •7\-Psychiatric illness .
- •8\-Any major systemic illness like hypertension, heart block, bronchial asthama etc.
