入选标准
- •1-Patients scheduled for elective and emergency knee and hip surgeries(ACL,MM repair, patella TBW, PFN nail, removal of implant etc.)
- •2-ASA physical status I , II, III .
- •3-BMI <= 25kg/m2
排除标准
- •1-Spinal deformity.
- •2-Previous nerve injury.
- •3-Pre-existing neurological deficit.
- •4-History of drug allergy (local anesthetics).
- •5-Patients having altered coagulation profile
- •6-Local site infection.
- •7-Psychiatric illness .
- •8-Any major systemic illness like hypertension, heart block, bronchial asthama etc.
