Inclusion Criteria
patients between 18 years to 60 years of age
patients with ASA STATUS 1 and 2
patients posted for elective knee surgery under regional anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not willing to participate
Patients refuse for either regional anesthesia OR not participate in study
Allergy to local anesthetics agent
ASA physical status- 3 & 4
Presence of coagulopathy
Pre- existing neurological disease
Increased intracranial pressure
Diabetics and peripheral neuropathy
Skin and soft tissue infection at site of needle insertion.
