Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients between 18 years to 60 years of age
- •patients with ASA STATUS 1 and 2
- •patients posted for elective knee surgery under regional anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients not willing to participate
- •Patients refuse for either regional anesthesia OR not participate in study
- •Allergy to local anesthetics agent
- •ASA physical status\- 3 \& 4
- •Presence of coagulopathy
- •Pre\- existing neurological disease
- •Increased intracranial pressure
- •Diabetics and peripheral neuropathy
- •Skin and soft tissue infection at site of needle insertion.
