Inclusion Criteria

1.Pregnant women aged 18 years old or older
2.Primigavida
3 Healthy pregnant women at gestational age 32 weeks
4. No complications
5. Intention and able to breastfeeding
6. Vaginal delivery / birth at least gestation 32 weeks
7. Healthy newborn at birth
8 Healthy postpartum mother within 48 hours after birth

Exclusion Criteria

1 Newborn with complications such as tongue tie, G6PD, ABO incompatibility thalassemia, or cephalhematoma
