Inclusion Criteria

1. First pregnant woman
2. GA 32-35 weeks
3. No complications during pregnancy such as high blood pressure, diabetes, prenatal hemorrhage, twin pregnancies, severe anemia. or a fetus with abnormal health conditions, etc.
4. Fetal has the head as the lead.
5. Planning a vaginal birth
6. Able to read and understand Thai language
7. Have a mobile phone running the Android operating system (Android) or the LINE Official Account application.

Exclusion Criteria

1. The sample group developed complications during the research.
2. The sample group did not participate in the activities as scheduled.
