1. Adolescent pregnant women who are less than 20 years of age from the date of delivery.
2. The gestational age was between 34-35 weeks at the start of the study.
3. The baby's head is the leading part. and no abnormalities were found in the baby.
4. Not a high-risk pregnancy and no congenital diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid, multiple pregnancy or more than one baby. Have a loose cervix, etc.
5. There are no contraindications or indications for not being able to give birth vaginally.
6. Able to read, write and understand Thai language.
7. Have a smartphone that can access the internet and use the LINE application.
1. At first internal examination, the cervix is open 4 centimeters or more.
2. While waiting for delivery, it is necessary to have a cesarean section due to complications while waiting for delivery, such as the pelvic cavity being out of proportion to the size of the baby's head.
