Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients irrespective of gender
Patients with diabetes mellitus
Patients taking antidiabetics for at least 6 months
Patients with co-morbidity (like hypertension, dyslipidemia, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, neuropathy, nephropathy or any other chronic diseases) will also be included
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not willing to give consent
Patients with other coexistent causes of hyperglycemia due to drugs and diseases (e.g., cushing’ syndrome, pancreatic cancer, hormone secreting tumors, gestational diabetes, corticosteroids, thiazides, protease inhibitors, atypical antipsychotics etc.)
