- •Sédatés depuis 3 jours par MIDAZOLAM, dose mini pour Ramsay 2 à 4
- •Analgésiés par SUFENTANIL, dose minimale pour BPS 3 à 4
- •Consentement éclairé de la famille recueilli

排除标准
- •Impossibilité d’évaluation de la BPS (Tétraplégie, Curarisation, Coma post anoxique, mort encéphalique)
- •-Indication à une sédation profonde (TC grave, Choc septique, SDRA sévère)
- •-Sujets dialysés, Insuffisance rénale sévère à terminale
- •-Insuffisance hépatique terminale
- •-possibilité d’utiliser une échelle d’autoévaluation
- •-IMC >35 ou < 18
- •-personne donnant le consentement sous tutelle ou repris de justice
- •-médicaments interdits (morphiniques et antalgiques autres que sufentanil et paracétamol et anti-dépresseurs de type IMAO)
