Inclusion Criteria
The patients should suffer from a mental disorder and are in institutions of community-based housing and day care. Furthermore, they are insured by the AOK Bavaria and the need to improve the nutritional and physical activity behaviour exists.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with insufficient linguistic and intellectual abilities are excluded. Patients with alcohol addiction are not allowed to participate in the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change of unhealthy behaviours (unfavourable nutritional behavior, unfavourable physical activity behaviour, unhealthy tobacco consumption, unhealthy alcohol consumption, and insufficient oral hygiene) over 18 months (between visit 1 and visit 4). Data are collected by means of study specific diet and activity diaries or patient questionnaires.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change of the degree of health problems from a patient’s point of view (study specific questionnaire), the physical wellbeing (FEW16) and the health-related locus-of-control (GKU) as well as the psychosocial impairment (HoNOS) over 18 months (between visit 1 and visit 4) and cost-effectiveness (CSSRI). Data are collected mainly by means of standardized questionnaires. <br>
