Inclusion Criteria
1. SCI patient
2. Given inform consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1. abnormal breathing pattern (respiratory rate more than 20 times per min or less than 10 times per min)
2. fever (body temperature more than or equal 37.8 degrees Celsius)
3. concomitant cardiac or neurological diseases as well as endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus and thyroid diseases

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method reliability and predictive validity of HRV in SCI at 12 months after end of the intervention The wearable heart rate monitor will be used to record RR interval of a total of 3 sessions. 1 hour of each: 1st session and 2nd session will be recorded at 9-10 am. and not more than 48 hours apart.
