- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Does the measured ability for muscular relaxation correlate with the age?
Does the measured ability for muscular relaxation correlate with the prior experience with relaxation training?
Does the measured ability for muscular relaxation correlate with the current subjective stress level? -> Cohens PSS-10
Does the measured ability for muscular relaxation correlate with the subjective muscular tension? -> numeric rating scale from 0 to 10
Does the measured ability for muscular relaxation correlate with existent stress-associated diseases?
Is the test viable?
