Inclusion Criteria
1) Adult patients undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia at Kyung Hee University Hospital in Seoul
2) Age of =19 and <65 years old patients
3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status(PS) I,II
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients who disagree with participating in this study
2) Patients who have habitual abuse history in hypnotics, sedatives, etc.
3) Anemia or hematocrit < 24%
4) History of uncontrolled hypertension (systolic BP = 160 mmHg)
5) Preinduction systolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg
6) Preinduction heart rate =100 or = 45 beats/min
7) History of uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus(DM) (long lasting blood glucose over 200 mg/dL)
8) Pregnant women
