Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients (aged 20-65 years) scheduled to undergo laparoscopic nephrectomy in the decubitus position
Exclusion Criteria
1. severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease on PFT(pulmonary function test)
2. severe cardiac disease, bradycardia, 2 or 3 degree Atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome
