-Age: 45-75
-COPD classified as GOLD2, with a FEV1 between 30 and 50%
-In a physical condition that allows cycling
-smoker or former smoker
-Informed consent

-Other respiratory diseases than COPD, as well as, lung cancer
-Allergy towards the study medicine
-Use of beta2-agonist 48 hours prior to study days
-COPD rehabilitation 3 months prior to study
-Patients treated with beta-blockers
