Inclusion Criteria
All the patients that underwent living donor liver transplantation at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences
- The patients that meet the criteria for hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) diagnosis I.e. 1) A-a O2 gradient >15mmHg 2) Intrapulmonary shunting shown by agitated Saline Contrast Echocardiography in the presence of severe hepatic function impairment (Child-Pugh class B/C)
