Inclusion Criteria
- •All the patients that underwent living donor liver transplantation at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences
- •\- The patients that meet the criteria for hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) diagnosis I.e. 1\) A\-a O2 gradient \>15mmHg 2\) Intrapulmonary shunting shown by agitated Saline Contrast Echocardiography in the presence of severe hepatic function impairment (Child\-Pugh class B/C)
