入选标准
- •Patients undergoing regular surgery under spinal anesthesia who wish to sedate during surgery
- •Patients 65 years old to 85 years old
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Class 1, 2, 3
排除标准
- •Those who are expected to have difficulty maintaining airway when sedated
- •Have difficulty communicating
- •Patients with cerebral nervous system diseases, including epilepsy
- •Those who have neuropsychiatric disorders or take neuropsychiatric medications
- •Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease
- •Patients with renal impairment above CKD stage 4
- •BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2 or more than 30 kg/m2
