Patients undergoing regular surgery under spinal anesthesia who wish to sedate during surgery
Patients 65 years old to 85 years old
American Society of Anesthesiologists Class 1, 2, 3
Those who are expected to have difficulty maintaining airway when sedated
Have difficulty communicating
Patients with cerebral nervous system diseases, including epilepsy
Those who have neuropsychiatric disorders or take neuropsychiatric medications
Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease
Patients with renal impairment above CKD stage 4
BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2 or more than 30 kg/m2
