Inclusion Criteria
Patient with written informed consent
Both male and female posted for endoscopic sinus surgery
19 to 65 years of age
ASA physical status I and II
Duration of surgery over 2 to 3hours
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Obese patients BMI more than 30
Patients with bronchial asthma and hyperactive airway
Severe kidney disease liver disease and cardiovascular disease Neurological disorders
ASA III and more

Name Time Method The recovery characteristics such as time taken for response to verbal command painful stimuli extubation and telling name will be measuredTimepoint: After cutting inhalational agents the time taken for the patient to come out of anaesthesia will be measured in terms of time taken for responding to painful stimuli, extubation, telling name.
