Inclusion Criteria

Sex: Both sexes to be included

Cases (symptomatic and asymptomatic) with radiological evidence (X-ray and/or Ultrasound (KUB) of calculi in kidney/ureter/ bladder

Cases giving consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Cases with moderate/severe hydronephrosis, uremia, recurrent urinary tract

infections (other than calculi), acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours.

Hyperparathyroidism

Gross developmental defects or structural abnormality of kidney.

Other systemic diseases like cardiovascular, endocrinal diseases or systemic

infections or on other treatment therapies, kidney function impairment, stag horn calculus and calculi in poles of kidney.

Pregnant women and lactating mothers

Cases if complicated with obstruction or untolerable pain

The case without proper followâ??up will be excluded from the study.

Cases with other systemic disorders and complications.
