1. Both female and male patients.
2. Patients of reproductive age group [Females >= 18yrs and Males >=21yrs].
3. Both Primary and Secondary infertility cases.
4. Patients who are otherwise untreated and have opted for homoeopathic treatment.
5. Patients who have already had hormonal therapy or had tried ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) but now intend to undergo homoeopathic treatment, after providing a gap of two weeks as wash-out period.
1. Pregnant or lactating women
2. Patients which are reluctant to take exclusively homoeopathic treatment.
3. Patients not willing to undergo any investigation, if so advised.
4. Patient with severe systemic illness, such as renal failure, liver failure, or cancer.
5. Patients who want to change the plan of treatment and go for other modes of treatment.

Name Time Method To assess the improvement in the pregnancy outcome i.e., UPT (Urine Pregnancy Test) or USG (fetal profile) of the infertile couples with individualised Homoeopathic Treatment.Timepoint: Every 3months till 10months
