1.Patient willing to participate in study. 2.patients will be selected irrespective of sex ,religion,marital status,educational and economical status. 3.patient suffering from infected wound with in the size of lesser than 30 square centimeter.
4.traumatic infected wound.
5.patient having wound with duration less than 1 month.
1.Anaemic patient
2.Diabetic patient
3.Ischemic ulcer
4.Wound with duration more than 1 month
5.Immuno-compromised patients
6.Patient with bed sores.
7.Non Co-operative patient.

Name Time Method To compare the effect of piper betel leaves gel with povidone iodine ointment in the Management of infected wound.Timepoint: 1.On zero day assesment i.e before treatment value. <br/ ><br>2.For trial group piper betel leaves gel and for control group povidone iodine ointment applied for 15days. <br/ ><br>3.Followed up and assesessment done on 3rd ,6th,9th, 15 day. <br/ ><br>4.Final assessment will be done on 15 th day.
