- •50 patienter som ska få nål i intravenös port på den barnonkologiska avdelningen eller mottagningen vid Akademiska barnsjukhuset i Uppsala ska inkluderas konsekutivt.

排除标准
- •Exklusionskriterier: ålder =1 samt =20 år, barn med påtaglig smärta (> VAS 5 av annan orsak än nålsättning), barn som är känt stickrädda och som behöver sedering sedan tidigare (det skulle i dessa fall vara oetiskt att randomisera), feber >39º, uttalat illamående, uttalad leverpåverkan (> 10 ggr normalvärdet av transaminaser), samt överkänslighet mot midazolam.
