Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant women giving birth for the first time in the last trimester of pregnancy planning to give birth vaginally
- Sufficient German language skills to participate in the questionnaire survey
- Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

- Pregnant women planning to give birth by cesarean section for medical or personal reasons.
- Women with a multiple pregnancy
- Serious concomitant diseases of the mother (according to the assessment of the investigator)
- Known serious medical conditions in the child that require the child to be transferred to the paediatric ward.
- Diagnosed generalised anxiety disorder or other serious psychological alteration in the woman.
- Lack of mental, physical or verbal capacity of the woman to participate in the questionnaire survey
