Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant first\-time mothers in the last trimester of pregnancy who plan to have a vaginal birth
- •\- Sufficient German language skills to participate in the survey
- •\- Written consent to participate in the study
- •\- Age \>\= 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Pregnant women who will give birth for medical or personal reasons via a planned caesarean section
- •\- Women with multiple pregnancies
- •\- Severe comorbidities of the mother (according to the assessment of the investigator)
- •\- Known serious illnesses of the child which make it necessary to transfer the child to the paediatric ward
- •\- Diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder or other serious mental alteration of the woman
- •\- Lack of mental, physical or linguistic capacity of the woman to participate in the questionnaire survey
