入选标准
- •1.Acute stroke patients both right and left CVA are included.
- •2.Patient should be medically stable.
- •3.Patients with MMSE above 20.
- •4.Both ischemic and haemorrhage stroke.
- •5.Fatigue severity scale > 36.
- •6.Glasgow coma scale > 12
排除标准
- •1.Patient with severe cognitive or communication difficulties.
- •2.Presence of any co-morbidity such as painful musculoskeletal conditions like fractures or other conditions.
- •3.Modified Ashworth Scale 1+ and above.
