Inclusion Criteria
1.Acute stroke patients both right and left CVA are included.
2.Patient should be medically stable.
3.Patients with MMSE above 20.
4.Both ischemic and haemorrhage stroke.
5.Fatigue severity scale > 36.
6.Glasgow coma scale > 12
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with severe cognitive or communication difficulties.
2.Presence of any co-morbidity such as painful musculoskeletal conditions like fractures or other conditions.
3.Modified Ashworth Scale 1+ and above.
