Inclusion Criteria
patient with irrespective of sex and occupation will be consider for the study
patient with age 17 to 70 years, clinically diagnosed with dushta vrana with size of 3 to 10cm
all types of non-specific ulcer will be included
Exclusion Criteria
patient having complications like Malignancy,Gangrene,Leprosy,Tuberclosis wound.
patient with age less than 17 years and more 70 years.
Pregnant and lactating wound will be excluded
wound with excessive loss of tissue
patient with HIV, HbSAg, HCV
