Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria for the study would be as follow
1. Pre-menopausal women between the age group of 35 and 55 years
2. With no other medical complications
3. Self declared as PCOS / based Rotterdam Criteria
4. BMI > 30
5. Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria for the study would be as follows:
1. Women <35 years and Women >55 years
2. Known CVD, diabetes, hypertension, and any other non-communicable diseases
3. Women with an immediate past history of COVID 19 and other communicable diseases
4. Women with BMI <18.5 1.
5. Not willing to participate
6. Women practising yoga or any other similar practices during last 3 months
