- •100 patients of ASA class 1 and 2 of either sex between ages of 18- 58 yrs undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Known allergy to NSAIDS, opioids
- •2. ASA 3,4
- •3. Mentally handicapped
- •4. Patients with cardiac,hepatic, nephrological, neurological and haemorrhagic diasthesis; gastric/intestinal ulcers
- •5. Pregnancy and lactation
- •6. Patients on any anti platelet or anticoagulants.
- •7. patients with bronchial asthma,COPD, urticaria and h/o anaphylaxis and
- •8. Patients with infective wounds.
