- •Estimated GFR with CKD-EPI equation more than 15 mL/min/1.73 m2
- •All patients gave their informed consent

- •AKI within 12 weeks
- •Life expectancy < 1 year
- •Unwillingness to participate in the study
- •History of renal, solid-organ, or bone marrow transplantation
