- •Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •Estimated GFR with CKD\-EPI equation more than 15 mL/min/1\.73 m2
- •All patients gave their informed consent
排除标准
- •AKI within 12 weeks
- •Life expectancy \< 1 year
- •Unwillingness to participate in the study
- •History of renal, solid\-organ, or bone marrow transplantation
