1. Presence ABI <=0.9 or TBI <=0.7 in PAD group
2. Presence ABI >0.9 or TBI >0.7 in non-PAD group
3. Presence PAD classification of asymptomatic PAD and symptomatic PAD (mild to severe claudication) according to Rutherford classification
-Able to follow the instruction
1. Presence musculoskeletal conditions e.g., severe arthritis, osteoporosis, and acute fracture
2. Presence neurological disorders e.g., hemiplegia and Parkinson's disease
3. Presence unstable heart diseases
4. Presence respiratory diseases e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma
-Unable to walk independently or use walking aids
